Minimum age to rent a vehicle is 18, and no maximum rental age. Renters age 18-21 are required to purchase Collision Damage Waiver.

Unrestricted driving within the island of Saipan only

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not insurance. The purchase of CDW is optional for Economy to Full size and mandatory for Premium and above. You may purchase CDW for an additional fee. If you purchase CDW, we agree, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate CDW, to contractually waive your responsibility for all or part of the cost of damage to, or loss of the vehicle. A deductible of $1000 USD applies. If CDW is declined, renter is responsible for the full value of damage to the vehicle.

Delivery and Collection available. Customer can pre-arrange pick-up and drop off vehicle in advance

Pick-up/drop-off available free of charge during office hours to/from all local hotels. For out of hours pick-up and drop-off contact the Guam International Airport 649-0110.  Fees apply to non-hotel areas

All one-way hires must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

One-way charges apply and are payable at time of hire.

One-way charges cannot be prepaid.

As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.
 
Option 1 – We Refill

This option allows the renter to pay at the end of the rental for fuel used but not replaced. Price will be higher than local fuel prices.  Additional charges may be added.

Option 2 – You Refill

This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as received to avoid extra fuel charges.

Customers must present a full and valid driving license.

An International driving license/permit is not required.

CNMI and all other US state-issued driving licenses are accepted.

Non-CNMI licenses are also accepted but are only valid for 30 days after arrival in Saipan.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) The purchase of Personal Accident Insurance is optional and not required to rent a vehicle.

Personal Accident Insurance covers ambulance service, doctors, hospitalization and nurses for each passenger in the vehicle, with a maximum limit of $6,900 USD (200,00 DOP) for each passenger in the vehicle including the driver, up to maximum passenger allowed in the vehicle. Coverage also includes Accidental Death coverage of $17,250 USD (500,00 DOP).

All cards presented must be in the renter's name.

Debit cards and Cash can be used to settle any outstanding balances at the end of the hire.

A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the hire will be taken at the time of hire.

The deposit is $200 USD for all vehicle categories.

All drivers must present a fully valid driving licence.  Electronic or digital driving licences are not accepted.

All drivers must have held their licence for at least 1 year.

In addition, all foreign renters must present a valid photo ID such as a passport or government-issued photo ID.

A valid debit or credit card in the renter's name must be presented upon collection of the vehicle.

If the driving licence is written in a language and characters different from those of the country of hire, an International Driving Permit is also required.  Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines.

Renters with licences from countries that are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement should carry a certified translation.

Customers can drive in the country of hire using their driving licence from their country of origin for up to 1 month.  If staying in the country longer, customers are required to obtain an International Driving Permit.

Renters who do not reside in the country of hire must provide proof of return travel and accommodation information.

Third Party Liability (TPL) provides the customer with minimum financial responsibility limits as outlined in the applicable motor vehicle financial responsibilitylaws of the country where the vehicle is operated

The Third Party Liability (TPL) limits is at $1,000,000 per occurrence/appregate which covers bodily injury/property and damage at a combined single limit of $1,000,000 to the third party claimant
